One option might be to check out the brewing capacity of your LHBS. I know mine has can produce at least 100L of fresh wort at a time. So that could be a good option. 300L sounds like a great party...

If your letting it bottle at a higher than normal gravity (say 1020) use less priming sugar than what you normally would. Less risk of bottle bombs.

It doesn't have to be holes in the dip tube just pitting of it. Give it a good clean with sodium hydroxide, that would be a good start if it is pitting. Also if it's all the kegs it probably is your beer lines or maybe connections. Test by immersing the rig in water watch for escaping bubbles

One Malt one Hop is fine (well dry extract and 1 hop), made a Quick and dirty batch for a test procedure and it worked out good. The girlfriend loved it. Was Dry malt extract and Saaz, done in a lager, so a simple Pils style I guess. I'm sure its possible to do many a good one hop one malt...

NRB, You could be right, 35 psi is what 2.3 bar, I tend to serve mine at 0.8 bar, I guess it depends on what length of line you got.

Two things, what is the temperature of the Keg? Whats the length of line? Also if possible give your lines a good clean, any dirty surface (ie dip tube) could possibly act as nucleation point for gas evolution. Hmmm otherwise you got me stumped, have you tried turning down the temp?? say serving...

If it's not fermenting then there's a fair chance that any change in air pressure and/or temp will cause it to suck in air. I wouldn't worry about it and just keep brewing. The only possible biological explination is that you've got nitrogen fixing bacteria in the brew sucking N2 out of the air...

A better option than no-name brands if you can get it is just straight sodium percarbonate. It has no smell and degrades to form water and oxygen so it's no rinse as well. Your LHBS should be able to get it for you if they don't already have it. I recently bought a 25 kg bag of it, it's awesome...
