I'm just about to try to make my first Pale Ale. I have:
1 can x Rapid Creek Pale Ale
1kg x Light Liquid Malt
12g x Cascade Hops
11.5g x Safale US-56 yeast
I have never made a pale ale before and if anyone out there has some tips on how to improve the recepie please let me know.
