My latest cider, still in the FV as we speak.
Original Gravity - 1.055
its currently sitting at just under 1.040
I've got an 11 Litre batch bubbling away
Tried a sip out of the hydrometer housing and i had to physically force myself to put it down, haha it's VERY tasty.
I used 1kg of Lactose just to sweeten it up a little for the missus ;)
I used a pale ale yeast for this brew
And I've used a beer fining Agent to try and clear it up a little.
I'm going to test the gravity again tomorrow (Tuesday - 7/05/2013)
and if it seems stable enough I'm just going to have to bottle it at what it is now, which is only just above 2% ABV
I think next time I might use a brew enhancer/Dextrose
