Had a batch size of only about 5 Litres
hit the fermenter on the 5/04/2013
I added Pomegranate and a hint of raspberry, I got 6 - 740ml bottles out the batch.
I've drank 2 of them so far,
Both very dry, with a very slight tangy taste, incredibly smooth.
goes down pretty easily if you're not into the sweet stuff.
gonna leave the other 4 bottles to condition for the next 2 months, might try again in june/july.
