I'm planning to brew a double batch (my first) mid strength (my first) in the next few weeks for something easy drinking for the xmas period.

I only have a 26 litre mash tun but I think I should be right with a mid strength however I wanted to confirm this and get any recipe suggestions.

My planned recipe is as follows: (I am going to brew and then top up with 10 litres of water before fermenting) I will be able to lager for 4-6 weeks.
