Hey Guys,
Had some scorching issues with some high gravity worts.
Came to the solution that I would use this x2

On 2 of these

Then run them at lower voltages, meaning lower watts, but maintain the same density. Effectively making it low watt density.
Can run them on 2 separate domestic circuits comfortably and have great control of the boil.
