Timing your yeast starter

i make a 0.6 starter to get my yeast bunnies hopping and chuck em all in ...after around 12-24 hrs ,,,on high krausen never ever tasted a off flavour
each to there own
 
with a stir plate and its .8
not .6 never had a problem
depends how much yeast slurry ya have too
 
I think it will be ok I'm just stressing as it for my first AG and I want it to be right. I do like the idea of pitch it at high krausen. It would work well for me as I would be able to set it off on Saturday ready for brew days on a Sunday.
