Could be his slight connection with the underground FaB firm.....

As T.D runs for the hills screaming "aaaaaaarrrgggghhhhhhh........"

:p

I've only tried the Amarillo and Norwest Pale.

The Amarillo was nice (add more dry hops next time), but I found the Norwest fairly average...not to say it made a bad beer, just a "normal" beer :)

Having not much time to do an AG every time I fill the fermenter, this is a great alternative.

There's a Celtic Red cube sitting right next to me that I hope to put down when a fermenter is free. I've got Windsor yeast, but what to dry hop it with? Fuggles & EKG are the only English hops on hand ATM...what do you guys reckon?

PZ.

Oops, I forgot the first one I ever did...it was the IPA which I dry-hopped with a heap of Fuggles.
My mates liked it, but I wasn't too keen (not enough of those hop plugs :p ).

So, as for my question in the last post...I still have the cube here (yep, I've been lazy/busy)...ideas folks?

EKG. I've never dry hopped with Fuggles, but have read that it's not a great hop to dry hop with. EKG works well for dry hopping in my experience.
