I have been bitten by the AG bug...

I got a second hand setup locally and has done me well in the learning phase but i now want to upgrade... The system I run is a 2v Mash/Lauter + HLT/Kettle and i find with my step mashes the 2 vessel system works well for me but I'm wanting to start doing larger batches and i can only just squeeze out a 28lt batch with the system I have, so I'm thinking on moving up to a 80+lt system... Which means a new mash tun and new kettle and probably emulsion chiller down the track as well... Have had a look around and have seen the NANO 95lt brew kettles ($215each) that can be converted into a mash tun so was thinking 2 of something similar as I'm not sure if doing the step mashes that i would need it as insulated as the one i have as i usually sitting for 20mins at a time...

Or do I go to a 3 vessel system and include a HLT as I have a local member from here that has one for sale...

So thoughts and options is what I'm after here...
