Due to BidWatcher being a little over zealous (I tried to tell it I only wanted to win one auction) I'll have an extra Chinook Hop Rhizome to sell/swap.

If possible I'd like to swap it for something I don't already have; Cascade/Centennial, Columbus/Nugget, Perle etc or even good old POR. :)

It's about 20cm long and looks like this:

If no swap is available, the auction cost me $12.50 so would be looking to on-sell it for the same price.

If anyone is interested in a swap I also have a few Hellertau/Mittelfruh Rhizomes that are available for swap (but not for sale, I'd rather keep/plant them - this year - if I can't swap them for something different).

Thanks muchly for the offer, but Cluster is one of about 4 that I already have - sorry. ;(
Cluster, Hellertau, Goldings, and Chinook is all that makes up my small collection so far.
I was not really sure about the Chinook's so I just made a low offer and seems that it worked out too well, lol, but it seems like they'll be nice and vigorous which is good.

Hi Wolfy I have a Hersbrucker that you could have . Very similar to this one. Let me know

Wolfy - Id be checking to see if that piece of root would actually grow into a rhizome. There is no "crown" to it like the other two where the shoots grow from. Just a thought but.
Cheers
Steve

It should be fine. All 9 of my rhizomes looked like that and they're all up and growing well.

No expert myself but my book tells me that Hersbrucker is similar to the Hellertau I already have a few of, so ideally something different would be good.
According to what they've written here something like, Cascade or Centennial, Columbus or Nugget, Perle or POR would make a nice compliment to what I already have.

I don't have it yet, the auction only finished yesterday, but it does have about 16 nodes on it where the roots/shoots should grow from, I'm pretty sure it will be fine - I hope so! :)
