hi making a 120litre brew was thinking of the following Pale malt 10kg
Pilsner 6kg
wheat 2kg
sugar 1.350g
then the hops challenger 120g for 60mts
challenger120g 30mts
hallertau 5.7% 140g 5mts
saaz 75g 5 mts
copper fining 3g 15mts
it comes out at around 40 IBU any suggestions or criticisms will be appreciated thats all the saaz I have at the moment thanks

suggest brewing a smaller test or "pilot" batch and tweak as you find necessary to your own tatses also suggest you use yeast.
120L is alot to consume if your not completely happy with it.

When you say Summer Ale, you dont mean like Montieth's do you ? I had a few of thm recently and i dont think they even use hops.......
