Drove from Adelaide to Mildura today, about 40 clicks east of Renmark I spotted a strange object on the side of the road,I stopped to have a look at it and bugger me if it wasn't a fold out tent from the top of a camper trailer complete in its cover with a ladder,base,the lot.
Gotta be worth a pretty penny to replace it,some poor bugger has got to his destination and has no accommodation ,anyway I shoved it in the back of the ute reported it to both the Renmark police and Mildura police then dropped it of at the Mildura police station.
So if you hear of anyone missing such an item who was heading west on the Sturt highway ( it was laying on the side of the west bound roadside) it's at the Mildura police station.
Someone's Easter holiday has turned to ****.
