Hi all,
I've been looking for an all grain recipe for a slightly smokey porter, possibly using bairds peated malt rather than just smoked malt. Any suggestions?
 
Do you have beersmith winkle?

I have this one fermenting at the moment using weyermanns smoked malt which is very subtle - I'd go 100gms, max 200gms of the MPDM if used instead. Or get Ash's mash paddle winning porter from the recipe section & just add a little smoked.

Thanks Ross, either of those look good - I'll run them through Promash when I'm home and figure out what volume/recipe I'll do up. :)

You could try Stone's 6th Anniversary Porter :D

Its on my list of things to brew :chug:
