reminds me... for all those ACT keg brewers... middle of last week I saw a large keg like object at the Mitchell recycling depot.... around the side where they keep the large stack of milk crates (about 10 metres from a pile of 40 odd car batteries )

I don't know my kegs.... so no idea if it is usable or not. If someone has a gallery of keg tops, I might be able to identify it.

Look what i scored;

surplus to needs, needed a good clean and was bloody heavy!!!! Now i can run 2 fermentors at once!!!

Don't mind all the crap everywhere. hey, it's a shed, supposed to be like that hey pumpy!

2 fermenters at once?? Looks to me like you could run about 6 in there!!

No photos of my score, but from my Nan, who recently moved out of her house of 50 years, I scored 2 big fridges (one has a max temp of 8 degrees, and a min of -1 degree, how sweet is that for brewing?), an old fermenter and brewing kit, a few thermometers and some pots and measuring equipment. And thats just the brewing stuff.
