The Royal Australian Chemical Institute Industrial Chemistry group is hosting a talk on "The Scientific Art of Brewing" by Dr Chuck Hahn and Rob Freshwater on Wednesday 9th August at the Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills for anyone interested in the science of brewing. There will be some tasting of JS beers as well.
