I've got:

3kg Pilsener (dingemanns)
1kg Munich I
3 kg Flaked Wheat
300g Flaked Oats
350g Flaked Wheat Malt

Also odds and sods of Black, Choc, Melanoidin, Carapils, Carafa II, Crystal.

Hopwise:

Hallertau (German Pellets) - 180g, (NZ flowers) - 90g
Saaz plugs - 45g
Northern Brewer pellets - 50g

and odds and sods of EKG, styrian, spalt, fuggles, target, perle...

Yeastwise - 2308 Munich Lager is the easiest thing to hand so it'd be great to make that a definite. Otherwise a lot of ale yeasts around - 1098, 1099, 1469, 1968. some ancient S04 for emergencies.

Can anyone hit me up with a recipe recommendation - I was thinking a Helles, Hefe or some sort of Wheat Bier???
This is for a 20L batch - I no chill into a 20-21L cube.

Really looking to use up all the Pilsener (3kg) and as much of the Wheat/Oats as possible. Bit stumped.
I'm a classic for ordering 3 recipes worth of ingredients, brewing 2 and totally forgetting what the 3rd was to be, then ordering another 3... so end up with a lot of odds and ends.

Planning on cranking this out tomorrow, whatever it will be. Thanks.

2kg Pilsener
1kg Munich I
3 kg Flaked Wheat
300g Flaked Oats
350g Flaked Wheat Malt

Witbier... problem solved :icon_chickcheers:

LOL, thanks, I guess I originally ordered ingredients for one, and...
I'll punch that into Beersmith, chuck in Saaz or Hallertau, and just wing it with the 2308 yeast.
Cheers fourstar :icon_cheers:

No fruit/spices this time in the wort - my 'Tanga-Wit' is draining very slowly - a bastard blend of way too much dried Tangerine (note to self: Tangerine is not Orange!) and some monster Diacetyl notes - I'll nail a lager yeast one of these days!
