Crickey! That first bloke made that glass of beer look like a shot!

Never heard about that Latvian bloke with the BAC of 0.7% before, though I do recall hearing about a Russian(I think anyway) bloke who entered a vodka drinking comp, won it, drove home, and dropped dead on his door step with a BAC of 0.6%, which is still ridiculous.
