It part of the reforms that stopped pubs opening the pokie lounges at 8 am. I haven't been able to find the details, naturally the pokie bit was the only thing in the paper.

Read at least one giant is eyeing off ways to increase market share even more with these changes. Unfortunately instead of having an opportunity for new players you'll end up with the same old two controlling more ground.
