I just got a chest freezer cheap of ebay; a very good price but the thing is absolutely filthy. I've bought a stack of cleaning products to clean it, but have realised it's a lot harder to clean than a fridge because things dont just drain out.
is it safe to turn it over on it's side to give it a real good clean, then flip it back normal for a few days before it turn it on? or it kill the freezer?
if it's not ok to turn on it's side, how do people generally clean theirs?
Cheers,
Lucas
