Had an Elwood's Plum Porter recently, drawn from the cask, trouble is I can't stop thinking about it, has anyone made a clone of either Titanic's or Elwood's Plum Porter, I have searched for a recipe but can't find one I am confident about.

maybe contact the brewery, explain you live in Oz and it's impossible for you to buy and ask for a few tips on how to make it.

this worked for me with a brewery in San Diego where they gave me the percentages on the malt bill

OK,
A few yrs ago I made a very nice plumb stout
2 cans coopers stout
1 large can of dark plumbs (remove pips and liquify in blender)
Brew as usual 23 liters
