Concern it could be sold in 10 years and turned into a joint for youngsters drunk as a skunk until 2am. Get the f*#& out of here. They owned the castle hill Tavern. The place where you feel too old to hang out once you have your 18th birthday. They went and bought up a country pub to transfer pokie licences to the hill side tavern because of the strict conditions on their original licence.
Dont get me wrong, i thnk it will be a good thing, but not the way they are portaying it to the Annangrove society. Will be much the same as the fiddler me thinks. But my allegiances lie with the fiddler. 3 years there and theres many fri and sat nights i wish i was still there.
 
The same mob recently purchased the Gold Dust at Doonside.They have the Potters beers on tap, and also at a pub in St Mary's belonging to the same guys. It is a good start I guess, they are getting through a couple of kegs each week.
