Just read this at the Brewboard and thought our members might like to know what happens when someone throws a keg in the fire. Link

I just hope for the sake of natural justice and maintenance of the gene pool that the guy who died was the tool who threw the keg in the fire. Not likely though. Probably just an innocent bystander.

No. It hasnt enhanced the gene pool much. It only knocked out one person and yet there were by the sound of it quite a few people who were dumb enough to hang around after the keg got tossed in the fire and nobody put the fire out. It would have taken quite a while to heat the keg to bursting point! I cant imagine many people I know that wouldnt have; A. Put the fire out. B. Warned everyone and left the vicinity.

Duh!

I don't know any people who would throw a beer keg on a fire, baked beans is as far as we would ever go as kids but everyone would know it's in there and what happens to it.
