Hi all, i have made this before and i really like it, i added a blackrock light LME with some Willamette steeped , and some carapills, we all thought it was a cracker of an ale with distinctive caramel taste beautiful aroma and a nice amber colour , i want to add a bit of a nutty taste by adding some other type of grain without changing the colour.
