Ok, I've got almost 1kg of Cluster hops.

I don't really use them often and they are going to go to waste just sitting in the freezer until they are no good, plus they are taking up valuable space, sooooo if you are in Canberra it's your lucky day.

Well, not a gift but a trade...you can have them in exchange for a single sachet of dried yeast (Windsor or US-56, your choice) :D

you're a fan of Windsor FL? Most people seem to prefer Nottingham.
I've never done a split batch with each though.

Yeah Tangent, I really like Windsor :chug:

Never tried Nottingham...is there much difference?

I just did my rambling brambling ale with Windsor as local hbs didnt have Nottingham. Nottingham is a good clean neutral and excellent floccer. :beerbang:

i think windsor is less attenuation and a bit fruitier
you'd be surprised how much difference a yeast change makes
