I've just finished the brew, cooling off now in an ice bath. Interesting day trying to boil 40L of wort with my 2yo son showing so much interest. He was especially interested in daddy adding the "pops" to the beer. :lol:

All went well though...just need to wait and see now...

Will do. Strangely the pre-boil SG was bang on the mark at 1.045, but the OG was well below the expected OG of 1.065, only 1.051. Irrelevant to the two day thing I'm sure, but thought I'd mention it.
