Have been thinking about this for a while...seems only logical to make Vinegar from malt....

Got no idea what I would do with 22lt of malt vinegar :huh:

All you need is an acetobacter colony to pitch in. You can buy them in winemaking shops. They call them mother of vinegar. The only problem is that once you let those beasties loose in your brewery it can be difficult to produce anything other than vinegar...

It's not that bad.

I accidentally ended up with 40 liters of vinager in my attempt to create a kriek. They're still siting in my brewery since it's hard to chuck out beer after a 3 year fermentation. My other brews are fine.
