Hi guys and gals,
Long time lurker, first time poster. After a few k&k brews that went very well ive made the leap into all grain. First brew day with eBiab and very happy with my results into cube. The fount of knowledge within this forum has been invaluable to me and im looking forward to many more brewdays like today.

Good stuff mate! You just have to take the plunge. I've been no chilling for a couple of years now. All good!

Nice job! Welcome and congrats...

Sometimes the decisions we have to make can be overwhelming if you read too much without practising, but 9 times out of 10 you still make delicious beer, which is a beautiful thing IMO. :)
 
There's going to be a problem with it once you taste it. The problem will be you only have 23L of it :icon_drool2:
