I have apack of Wyeast 1007 german ale in the fridge...... well its in a starter now.
I was planing an altbier this weekend but didnt want to make anything to big, dark bitter or malty for the xmas heat, so a keolsch it is.
Has anyone brewed with this yeast... any advice would be apreciated as its my forst time with it.
