Hi all,
I've made this AG recipe from mostly left over stuff.
I was wondering if it would be a Keolsch stlye or another style?
It will be brewed at around 25degC as I don't have my brew fridge setup yet.
Any comments appreciated.
Cheers.

Looks more like a Blonde to me... it really doesn't matter what style it is, unless you want to enter it in a comp... Just call it BEER

You need a kolsch yeast to really make Kolsch, US56 just won't cut it, but it will make a tasty blonde ale with what you have there :chug:

At 25deg  can someone say Saison ?

The malt bill looks good for a Kolsch, but like was said you really do need the Wyeast 2565 Kolsch yeast to give it the proper flavour. It is a great style to brew though
