Hi just wanting to know if it is possible to use your standard keg that is used in pubs and so forth. Not sure what size exactlyu but the common keg that is used in pubs and are always out the back for delivery and pick up.
Thanks

As long as you dont pinch it and are prepared to spend lots of money on couplers and connectors and back braces.

was talkin to a detective last weekend , he was from richmond area , was saying they do a bit of work for CUB trackin down kegs that are where they shouldnt be , generally not to prosecute but just to get them back and let those in question know who they belong to....

he also mentioned that the breweries often check sites like ebay and the like for people who are silly enough to try and sell them .. perhaps they also browse the forum pages of AHB

eddy in answer to your question it is possible but not entirely legal ...

I think that the single almost daily recurring topic of stealing commercial kegs is insight enough to state that we are by and large a country of *********s.

Kegking.com.au has 50litre kegs for sale, so there is no need to remove them from private property. I think they cost around $149.00, but remember you own them!!
