Just take them out and let them warm back up to 18-22 again and they'll be fine. Remember that people successfully get the yeast from a bottle of coopers that's been in cold storage for ~3 months going.

The yeast won't die it will just go a little dormant, that is unless it has already carbonated enough already. BYB
