Is Ag Really Worth It ?...... Hell Yeah!

Cracked the top off the first AG last night and man o man it is one hell of a beer IMO, It was an attempt at a Scottish 80/ and I am happy with it to say the least . Wont go into describing the mouthfeel and all that stuff because I am no good at that because it has a much better approval rating than that .

My Beautiful Wife :super: , she has always been happy to taste and comment on the beers that I make and generally has like them , she has also been happy <_< with the money spent on "gadgets", but when she tasted this beer all i got was the best news ever "You should make heaps more of that because that is so so good I LOVE IT".

So if there is anyone out there thinking about going AG then hopefully this will spur You on, and for those who are alread there and have been for while You already know what I am talking about :beer:

I've been brewing ag for awhile, and got lazy a while back and brewed a kit and kilo with added hops and malt etc. tasted it tonight and realized I am now a beer snob. I cannot drink *****/second best beer anymore! (not that that's a bad thing). All grain brewing is a lot of hard work, but it ultimately pays dividends when you taste that lovely liquid gold. mmmm Oh, by the way keep it up.
