Knights of Columbus

OG - 1.072
ABV - 7.3%
IBU - 75

92% Ale Malt
5% Caramunich T1
2% Carapils

Columbus 17.5% AA @ 60m, 30m & 0m
Centennial 8.9% AA @ 15m

US05 Fermented @ 18c

Dry Hopped with Columbus - 35g for 7days

What are you planning to make for International Beer Day ?

Won't be brewing on that friday (will be on the saturday & sunday), but I have a couple of bottles of beer from around the globe I'll be quaffing that night
