intermittent pouring head

Hi all,
just a quick question i have built a kegerator tap in door first to kegs worked very well now have to pour of inbetween pints have checked all fittings for air leaks cant find any have corny kegs with ball lock disconects any suggestions greatly appreciated

Slow down, use a few more words and a lot more punctuation! I've read through that a few times, and can't work out what you're saying. Can you explain in detail what the problem you're having is? (Beer is pouring differently every time? Pours with a thicker head the first time you pour a glass every session? Something else?) Someone can help you if they know what the problem is.
