It is a tough one as I'm a huge variety sort of person. I tinker constantly and haven't really been able to bring myself to do the same recipe twice. That's probably about to change though...

So, I'll respond with a combination of general styles and specific recipes...

1. Pilsner (even though I'm yet to really do a good lager I do love them in summer)
2. Red Baron Bitter
3. E=SB3

4. Maiden Voyage IPA
5. American Pale Ale
6. FES
7. Belgian Golden
8. Nelson's Pride Summer Ale
9. Strawbeery 2005
10. Bier de l'orange Flanders Brown

Then I look at that list and decide I could change so many, but don't want to...

Maybe it should be if you had a 16 tap font....

Or maybe we could have some reserve kegs sitting in the coldroom and be able to switch them at a moment's notice, right Ross ;)

My brain hurts!! 10 Taps....feck!
Well here goes in no particular order:

Cheers,
TL
