Smicks ESB
Aidens Irish Red
Batz's Kolsch
The Red Bock from The George IV ( Go Screwtop)
Pumpys Brown ale
Hogans Swartzbier
Belgian Ale using the Golden Belgian yeast
Hogans Pilsner
Barry's Choc Porter .
Ross's Imperial Stout

I don't think I could be that restrictive.

An attempt:

1. Wheat (either Hefeweizen, Dunkel Hefe, Berliner Weisse, Weizenbock or Wit)
2. Lambic (either Unblended & Kriekenplambic)
3. Flemish Sour Ale
4. "American" (Rotating between APA, AAA, IPA and IIPA)
5. Saison (Rotating occasionally to Bire de Garde Ambree)
6. Abbey (Rotating between Dark Strong, Golden Strong, Dubbel & Tripel)
7. Rauchbier
8. "Dark" (Imperial Stout, Robust Porter, Baltic Porter or Mild)
9. "British" (Could be a Bitter, ESB or Golden/Summer Ale)
10. Lager (Rotating between unfiltered Bohemian Pils, Kellerbier and Bocks)

Nice one Kook - you've just taken 10 taps and provided 30 options

Good to see such variety...

I'm far from settling on just ten brews, but my list would be similar to Duff's, but I'd include a stout and some Nelson Sauvin Ale in there somewhere...surely I'll never get sick of that aroma?

I wouldn't mind an Alt there in there too.

1. Kolsch
2. Alt
3. Bavarian Weizen
4. Irish Red
5. Bier de Garde/Mars
6. American Pale Ale
7. Robust Porter
8. Sweet Stout
9. Dubbel
10. Saison

Maybe the last tap would be the rotating tap of Saison/Oktoberfest/Pilsener. 10 taps wouldn't be enough :p

Doc

6. Imperial beer (RIS or APA)
7. Summer Ale
8. APA

Great thread Duff, I've often wondered the very same thing! My 10 would be:

1. Czech Pilsner
2. German Lager
3. Boston Lager style beer
4. Dunkelweizen
5. Golden Ale (similar to JSGA or LCBA)
6. Aussie Pale Ale
7. APA
8. Mild
9. Special Bitter
10. English IPA

I reckon that'd be a good combination of easy-drinking sessionals and more challenging OTT beers...

I'd put my ten latest brews on tap.

1. Czech Pilsner
2. German Lager
3. Porter
4. Schwarzbier
5. Easy drinking Golden Ale
6. Firkin Bolter
7. APA
8. Dark Mild
9. Weizen
10. English IPA

I've got to ask, what's "Firkin Bolter" ?

Is it related to Dogbolter originally produced by Flyer & Firkin?

Kook,

It is a lovely beer. I forwarded this receipe from Gerard_M onto Bobby.

Tap 1 - Pilz
Tap 2 - Porter
Tap 3 - Rotate a few of my other favourites, such as Firkin Bolter or Flekovacy, anything but Kolsch!
Taps 4 - 10 would be sold off to those that could put them to good use!

Cheers
Gerard
