If the end of the world was a couple of months away what would be the beer that you really must brew ,

Would it be something different or your really favourite beer

I dont need counselling , I dont believe 'the end of the world is nigh'

But hey it is a good excuse to brew !

APA - so you can drink it green n fresh (after a week or so) with a kilo of amarillo n cascade (thanks to Doc for the idea).

Why not a beer named after the end of the world, la Fin du Monde. One of my fave beers from this French Canadian mob of Belgian beer producers.

Definately Stuster I am into the stronger beer now

As there is only a few months I couldn't brew my fav beers (ie, sour beers like Lambic, Flanders Red etc).

In that time I'd settle for something like a saison, or a smoked marzen
