Hi All,
Brew no 4. I am doing a tooheys extra dry, K & K. I have reached my FG, i have truned down the fridge
to 2.0 degrees.
1. How long should I CC for ?
2. When complete can I Bottle ASAP or do I need to bring temp back to 22 ish over a day or two ?
3. Because this brew is for a non home brew drinking neighbour i would like it as clear as possible, should I add Finings ?
4. If finings are added how long does it take to work.?
5. How long should I leave them in the bottle before I give away ?
6. Is ambient temp in shed ok for storage of bottles temp ranges from 22- 32 degrees
Thanks in advance, and by the way what is a swap meet and what are the normal (social) requirements for these.
