hey, i havent been in the game long and im only just starting to experiment with flavors and was just curious if you could mix honey ,orange rinds and coriander seeds?
also im brewing with a wheat beer.

Absolutely.

This is a common combination.

Crack the seeds and put them in the boil near the end. People will have preferences but I usually do it about 5 minutes.

Ditto the orange rind but without the cracking.

If you aren't doing a boil then still do boil them slightly in a small amount of water.

Honey, how long and how much depends on preference.

Of course you can! :D

You can put anything into a brew you would like, it has all been tried before. Give it a go, if you want to be on the cautious side, then find a recipe with at least two of those tings in it to get an idea of balance.

My opinion...

Chuck it in and see what happens.
