I don't think AndrewQLD was questioning the rumours it is for sale. I think he was referring to the speculation on the financial state of the business - speculation which is probably unhelpful to the current owners.

GA played no small part in getting me back into home brewing starting with his partials then on to AG. Visited Grumpys a few weeks back and things certainly didn't seem to be on the Up and Up then.

Business is hard enough when times are good, and the climate in business can change rapidly, keeping up with trends and one step ahead of the opposition can be difficult. A new owner will bring a fresh approach and new ideas to the business, the location is good and the concept is sound, marketing is lacking but can be costly for a struggling business.

I wish GA a successful sale and all the best for the future.

Pitty we couldn't get things happening on the Sunshine Coast venture GA, maybe time for a move.

That's a Capitalisation Rate of 2.86 sounds like a pretty good buy to me.
