I am a Noob at this and eventually want to go AG but for now I am trying a recipe I found for an extract version of Grolsch.

1x can of Mangrove Jack's Dutch Lager
1kg of Light powdered malt
2x 12g of Hallertau finishing hops

I couldn't find Hallertau and have 30gs of SAAZ, could I use this instead? I am also replacing the yeast with Saflager S-23 Dry lager yeast and I will be kegging this.

As I haven't made this yet are there any suggestions?

The clone i have here lists
N brewer Bittering hops 45 min
Hallertaue hersbrucker 15min
Saaz 10 min

Havent brewed it as yet
But the saaz would be more like what i taste in grolsch

Thanks Helles, do you suggest I just use saaz for 10 mins or maybe 15 or can I dry hop with 1 satchel and brew for 10 mins?

I think i would be going for 15 min and maybe 5 min
