Made this today. As it was second attempt at AG I was keen to get a better result from the BIAB technique.

After a wildly fluctuating mash last time, this one stayed bang on 66degrees for 90mins.

Got wife to re-sow the bag, and operates much beter now.

I only got 64% efficiency, which makes me think I need to finish the mash at a higher temp (75-80deg) next time.

Otherwise all good. Will have to wait for a taste test to see! :beer:
