When a 37-year old man walked into a hospital emergency room in Glasgow, Scotland last October complaining of "wavy" vision and a non-stop headache that had lasted four weeks, doctors were at first stumped, the British journal The Lancet reported today.

"We sought a more detailed history" from the patient, noted one named Zia.

That is when the man revealed he had consumed 60 pints - roughly 35 litres - of beer over a four day period, following a domestic crisis.

It took more than six months of long-term blood-thinning treatment to restore the man's normal vision - and to get rid of the headache, the doctors reported.

Six months of treatment to get his vision back, crickey, hope the 35 litres was worth it!

On a camping trip I had a hangover persist longer than usual and worsen as time passed. The next night I was feeling quite out of it despite not drinking that eve, and my head was going numb from the back forwards. I found it was actually a tick that was burrowing into the back of my neck! After the little bugger was removed I perked right up. Unfortunately another camper's dog didn't fare so well as they didn't find the tick on it until too late to save it. :(

There you go if he had of drank homebrew he may have been Ok  well better anyway
