I noticed G&G also sell a flat SS 10" false bottom. I thought it might be a better option since :
a) reduce dead space
B) fits through the top

I plan on batch sparging with the odd fly sparge for big beers.

Does anyone use one of these or see any problems in using one in a keg ?
