I was going to cold condition my Belgian White Beer today, but the gravity is only at 1014. Should I wait another few days. The kit I used was as follows

Black Rock Whispering Wheat
1 kg brewcraft dry wheat malt
safwheat-ale yeast pack
coriander and oange peel
Cheers

Hugh,

Check the SG over 2 or 3 days. If it stays at 1014 then the primary ferment is effectively over.

Leaving it for another day or two ain't going to do any harm as long as everything is clean and it's not getting too hot.

You may get a bit lower than that... but, with that kilo of wheat malt in there, I would think it has pretty much run its race.
Leave it for a day or two, check again, then bottle if it is still the same.

I agree with the other posts, leave it a few days and see what happens, but from the list you posted i would think its done, im a little surprised you got it that low with the saf ale, good job

whats with the Safale yeast then? Is it no good?

the safale is a great yeast, just not the best attenuator, but a good flocculator......but i did miss read your post, i thought you used the safale not the safwheat
