I once ( or maybe twice...cant remember exactly how many times...) lost around 20ltrs to hydro samples.

At least there where no infections that I could detect and fermentation seemed complete in all samples

It also took me a long time to work out that a schooner glass is not enough for a hydrometer to sit in

I may have been doing that with my foreign extra stout that's currently maturing on bourbon soaked oak staves
still should hopefully be enough to fill a keg, however
