Hey there.

I've just gone all AG and I'm keen to start anew with ingredients that are fresh.

I've got left over hops in the freezer that I thought I'd get rid of, Tettnang and Hallertauer.

Here's a recipe I conjured up. One to have on a hot summers day while playing some backyard cricket.

Here it is, feel free to comment and make suggestions...

Damn you Bullsneck,

I thought you were selling stuff and I was gonna be the first to reply... finally I was gonna get in before anyone else to buy whatever it was you were clearing out of your fridge and pantry!!!

But seriously, looks like a backyard cricket century maker and a great summer quaffer. :beerbang:

Hehe, i did the same. I thought i was going to get in first with a bargain. Ohh well you get that.

Recipe looks good. I'm no expert but i would put a little wheat in there aswell.

I was thinking of just a SMASH, but with a double hop to clear out the freezer.

Wheat malt might be alright though. It could be a DMDH!

oh i see, it looks the great and it will taste great for a pantry empty. It might be worth a try without the wheat and see how it turns out.
