Hi,

I've picked up a 3Kg ESB Traditional Bitter today and was wondering what people add if anything to it.

I'm going to Burtonise my water and use Wyeast Burton Ale Yeast but what else is required.

Was thinking of some EK Goldings dry hopped for Aroma.

Does anyone add steeped grain to this kit? What and how much.

What is it like if made up un-modified? Any brands that come close. (Hopefully Fullers ESB but I may be dreaming)
