G'day,
Been 6 months now without the sweet smell of fresh crushed grains in the mash,
the warmth that comes from the saccharification rest ,
the excitment of hop flowers boiling furiously,
the bewildering choice of yeast, the foamy thrill of watching the kraeusen,
the anticipation as the fermenter emptys and the keg fills ,
the joy of tasting that peice of art and the thud and pain from falling off the
stool after after 25 tastes tests.
The good news is ive got 4 kegs that have been conditioning for 6 months
and my tour finishes in 3 weeks.
while playing around with beersmith this morning
( I think the water additations is more fun then a suduko)
I go a email from my Girl. One of them sexy pics in a nighty and hot nickers
with smears of chocolate ( I hope) holding some easter eggs in a seductive manner
with the caption "so sweety ,How do you like my eggs. wink."
NOT FERTAZILED I TOLD HER!
