EKG infused dark rum?
Galaxy dry hopped old fashioned?
Barrel-aged Nelson Sauvin (sorry haters) Negroni?!

Seriously though, it sounds REALLY interesting. Hops bitters could be pretty interesting in quite a few cocktails, considering that making your own bitters has been all the rage in the States for serious bartenders.
 
A couple of years ago two BABB's members ( Alex and James ) made a quite nice infused vodka. I think they used amarillo by memory.
It was a hit with all that tried it.
